This is Berserk x3 in my story her human form is known as Haruhi Akasatsumi, her super form is known as Sparring Berserk, she has 4 transformations total, her human form Haruhi, her super form Berserk (uses only powers), her ultra form (Sparring Berserk) and her last transformation is the fusion with Blossom i will mention later on, hope you like her x3
